Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Simply Zero Organic Plant-based Protein Powder
- 1 cup plant milk add 1 tbsp extra if needed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅛ cup blueberries toppings
- lemon zest toppings
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except toppings) in a mason jar. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, add extra toppings or sweeteners if desired.
